* Ships from Canada | Handcrafted in Bali, Indonesia.
* Canada: 3–7 business days
* United States: 5–12 business days
* Free Domestic Shipping: We offer FREE standard shipping on all Canadian orders($69 CAD and above)
* Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Handmade, Not Mass-Produced
Because each piece is individually hand-dyed and hand-stamped using traditional Indonesian Batik techniques, slight variations in pattern, color depth, and placement are a natural part of the artistic process. These unique characteristics are not defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.
If your item arrives with a genuine manufacturing fault (such as a broken seam or damaged structural hardware), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
How to Return an Item
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with all brand tags intact. Please note that natural artisanal variations are not considered defects (see above).
1. Email us at hello@banuawear.com with your order number and the reason for your return so we can authorize your request.
2. Ship the item back: Once confirmed, send your package to our return address (provided upon email confirmation). Please include a small note inside with your *name and order number*.
3. Inspection & Approval: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you by email regarding your refund status.
4. Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
* Please note: For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original outbound shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
If Your Refund Hasn’t Arrived Yet
Refunds may take a few days to process depending on your financial institution. Before reaching out, please check:
* Your bank account or card statement again.
* With your credit card provider, as processing times vary.
* With your banking institution directly.

International Shipping & Customs
We currently ship directly to Canada and the United States.
* Canada: Shipped via Canada Post (Tracked). No customs duties apply to domestic shipments.
* United States: Shipped via Canada Post and delivered seamlessly through the USPS network.
* Duties & Taxes: Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees assessed upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may vary slightly due to standard customs processing.
